The design brief called for a Commercial development comprising of offices, showrooms and recreational spaces. One of the key objectives of the design was to utilize the available ground coverage as far as possible along with using the permissible FSI. The Site was Triangular in shape. The shape of the site was a big determining factor in the evolution of the form
